Past Meets Future

If walls could talk, what a story they would tell...

Riding horses isn't the same without grandpa B...

There's no place like home(or grandma's home)...

You know, I planned to head home to Washington to do this but I ended up getting a summer job.

One day I plan to do the same thing...

Rock it, girl!

I love the idea of taking an old photo to the same place in modern time and overlapping the two... from a history nerd's perspective, I love how it really illustrates how some things really don't change even though we have long since moved on. It makes me nostalgic enough to want to dig out some of my old photos and try the same thing.... lucky for me, teachinfourth already plans to head home and do it... so I may just toss him a shot or two, since his photography is much much better than my own and I wouldn't be able to zip back to Washington until late next year.... the curse of moving several states away from your childhood home!

Btw... I followed you from teachinfourth's blog!
