Hilarious! I used to see a guy in a Jazzy pulling a guy in a wheelchair. The wheelchair guy was being pulled by a stick.
It looks like the guy is in a motorized wheelchair and he is pulling her......hmmmmm......
count your blessings huh?!looks to me like he is pulling her ... sweet.

Yes, they are both in wheelchairs and she is helping push his wheelchair.
